WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1. The Client agrees not to download, copy, modify or manufacture any part of the designs, documents or other material on this site, and the Client will not allow a third party to do so.
2. All of these designs or any other material or documents on this site remain the property of Purplethum until purchased and paid for in full by the Client.
3. These designs or any other material or documents on this site are not to be used as reference material, but may be viewed solely for the purpose of facilitating the Client’s decision to purchase them.
4. Moreover, no part of any of these designs or any other material or documents on this site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or copied unless purchased by the Client from Purplethum.
5. The Client further agrees not to allow any third party to view the designs or any other material or documents on this site unless permitted to do so by Purplethum.
6. The Client agrees that all designs, or any other material or documents on this site, will be held in confidence and not used, disclosed to others, or in any way exploited for the Client’s own benefit or for any other purpose.
7. The Client also agrees to restrict the viewing of designs or any other material or documents on this site to those employees who have an actual need to view them, and who have a legal obligation to protect the confidentiality of such designs or other material or documents.
8. All sales are final.
